The Man in the Moon

Plot: After handsome 17-year-old Court Foster moves back into the long vacant Foster ranch, 14-year-old Dani Trant (Reese Witherspoon) falls in love for the first time, as well as her sister.

Good: This is a wonderful and heart breaking tale of first love. Dani, 14 years old, and her sister fall for a 17 year old boy named Court, which in turn causes a feud between the sisters until tragedy strikes. I thought that Reese Witherspoon was absolutely incredible, her big screen debut. Sam Waterston (Matthew Trant) was brilliant in his role as the father of Dani and her sister. The writing is powerful, and the scenery is amazing.

Bad: It was little long, that is my only real complaint

Overall: Just thing about your first (young) love. This movie will truly touch your heart, and you feel the every emotion that these actors portray. I love this movie a great, I think is endearing, emotionally charge, and very powerful. If you have never seen it you definitely should.

For the Guys: Sorry Guys, this one is definitely a chick flick!!!
